A bit silly that I have to post this here, hope someone from Expo marketing sees it.
There is an email sent after signing up for Pro. It includes the sentence:
Add your teammates and manage their permissions with a link to https://expo.io/settings/permissions
But actually clicking that link goes to a bad URL, it needs adjusting.
