So I have it working now but its super inconsistent. I have to restart the Expo XDE like 5 times to get the application to show on my Samsung Galaxy A5. And sometimes i need to do an additional step and shake my phone and reload or toggle hot reload on and off. I wish the application were more consistent on startups.
