I opted to get a custom Expo client for iOS, to make use of the background location function.
react-native-maps now no longer works. I can prove the issue is the custom ios expo client.
On my standard expo client, all is good.
On my custom one, app crashes instantly.
Commenting the map component fixes the app.
I’m very unsure how to proceed as I do need both features (map and background location).
I’ll keep looking into it!
