Hi,
I live in an area with frequent internet outages and I have noticed that the exp cli won’t start while there is no internet connection. I haven’t looked at the exp cli code yet, but I am thinking that it has to do with the login to the expo account on startup. Is there a way to bypass this in order to continue development (using simulators) while I am offline?

Unfortunately this isn’t possible with the exp CLI, largely in part to what you mentioned regarding the Expo account login.
Offline capability is something we plan on implementing with our newest devtool: Announcing Expo Dev Tools (beta). The features of a command line tool… | by Jimmy Lee | Exposition but I’m not exactly sure when that will be.
