EXPO SDK 38 Error launching app

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 38.0.2
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android

I created my app with new version SDK 38. When launch the command expo start return:

Opening DevTools in the browser… (press shift-d to disable)
error: unknown option `–assetExts’

Metro Bundler process exited with code 1
Set EXPO_DEBUG=true in your env to view the stack trace.
