"Install Android App" menu doesn't work, but "Open on Android" does

XDE 2.15.2 (windows).

When installing the expo app on android emulator, the Expo XDE → “Install Android App” used to work. Now that menu option doesn’t work anymore. I was able to get the expo app installed on android emulator via clicking ‘Device’ → ‘Open on Android’.

Leave it up to you guys whether menu option should just be removed, or fixed.
