Login Error on Corporate Network

When I attempt to login into the Expo XDE I get the following error: “There was a problem understanding the server. Please try again.” I am able to login to Expo via the CLI in Visual Studio Code and Expo will also start on exp start. I’ve tried reinstalling the XDE and following the instructions in this https://docs.expo.io/versions/latest/introduction/troubleshooting-proxies.html. Any ideas?

Are you able to log into the same user on a different network than your corporate one (if this is an option)?

I tried it on another computer within the network and it worked. The machine that worked is a Windows PC, the one that failed and gave the above error is a Mac and still throws that error.

Not sure what to do here without more information on the network itself – is it a firewall / proxy issue? Have people had similar issues logging in in other apps?
