We version every OTA release and any support and error reporting coming from our app also includes this version. For a while we’ve been getting reports of app features missing from time to time and direct the user to remove and redownload the app from the app store. This gets them back to the latest.
It’s also worth noting that we see a strong correlation between a version downgrade and a fatal app error (like the camera bugging out) - on reload the app is at a very old version. Not always consistent on how far back it goes.
Anyone else ever come across this? Any tips on mitigating?
