Send a big quantity of Push at once

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 41
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android/iOS
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

A client wants to send massive push notifications to all his clients. What is the best way to do it? Can I send multiples requests with packs of 100 recipients? Or better leave some time between requests? How long? Any advice will be appreciated.
