Tiny bug in returned url on ad-hoc build

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 40
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): iOS

I did expo client:ios to make an ad-hoc build to test background location. After the process it gave me a url which had two // in it, which made url be bad, screenshot below. Please notice after the expo.io it says two slashes instead of one.
